GDC MOBILE RECEPTION (4 NON-EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE) - $15,000

Following the close of mobile content on the opening day (Monday, March 5th) a reception will be held from 6pm – 8pm to encourage networking among the developers, operators, tools/services vendors, and handset companies attending GDC Mobile.The reception will be located at the Thirsty Bear on Howard Street, one block from Moscone North, and is open to only GDC Mobile attendees, making it a targeted venue for sponsorship messaging.

Sponsoring companies will receive high-level visibility as a result of sponsoring GDC Mobile and will have the opportunity to show their support for the evolution of mobile games.

  • Logo on the GDC Mobile section of the GDC catalog (mails January 2007)
  • Logo in one GDC Update detailing events at GDC (sent to over 80,000 recipients)

The GDC operations team will work with Thirsty Bear to arrange food and beverage for the Mobile Reception. The operations team can provide additional signage opportunities within the venue to reception sponsors. Please contact Laurie Fellezs for details.

MOBILE SPONSORED SESSIONS

To target your message to attendees of GDC Mobile, GDC offers 45 minute sponsored sessions within the GDC Mobile breakout sessions on Monday, March 5th and Tuesday, March 6th. These sessions are held at Moscone North and will be marketed on gdconf.com and within the GDC program.

The session room includes theatre-style set up (capacity of 120 attendees) and the basic A/V package (screen, projector and microphone). Sessions are limited (8 available); first come, first served.
